These terms govern your use of CureTracker at https://curetracker.org/. By using the site you accept them. If you do not agree, please do not use it.
This site does not give medical advice.
CureTracker describes what is being researched. It cannot tell you what is right for you, and nothing here is a diagnosis, a recommendation or a substitute for a conversation with a doctor. A drug reaching a late stage of testing is not a promise that it works, and most drugs in trials never reach approval.
What this site is
CureTracker is a free, independent tool. It reads the public register of clinical trials and reorganises it by drug, so you can see what is being developed for a condition and how far each treatment has got. There is no account, nothing is for sale, and the site does not ask you for personal information.
Where the information comes from
- Trials, phases and sponsors come from ClinicalTrials.gov, the public registry run by the US National Library of Medicine. That data is entered by the organisations running each study.
- Whether a drug is approved comes from openFDA, the US Food and Drug Administration's own database of drug labels.
- Condition names in the search box come from the National Library of Medicine's clinical tables service and from the registry itself.
- The plain-English explanations of conditions and drugs are written by a language model, not by a clinician.
What this site does to that data
The registry is not organised by drug, so CureTracker works it out. Drug names written by trial sponsors are tidied and grouped, so that one drug listed under several formulations becomes a single entry. A drug's stage is the furthest phase it has reached in any trial for that condition. "Available" means the FDA holds an approved label for it, or it appears in post-approval trials, which only happens once a drug is on the market — it does not mean it is approved for your condition, or available where you live.
These are judgements, and judgements can be wrong. Sponsors also file incomplete or outdated records, and studies are sometimes registered and never run. Follow the trial links and read the original record before relying on anything you see here.
About the AI-written parts
Condition summaries and drug explanations are generated automatically. They are prompted to stick to well-established facts and to say when something is not known, but language models still get things wrong, and the figures shown — especially how common a condition is — are approximations rounded for readability. Check anything that matters against the linked sources.
No affiliation
CureTracker is independent. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to the National Library of Medicine, the National Institutes of Health, the Food and Drug Administration, or any pharmaceutical company, hospital or research group named on the site. Their names appear only to identify the source of information or the sponsor of a study.
Acceptable use
You are welcome to use the site and share what you find. Please do not scrape it or call its endpoints at a rate that burdens it — the underlying data is free, and ClinicalTrials.gov and openFDA both publish it directly. Do not present anything from this site as medical guidance to other people.
No warranty, and limits on liability
The site is provided as it is, without warranty of any kind, and may be unavailable, incomplete or wrong at any time. To the fullest extent the law allows, the operator is not liable for any loss or harm arising from your use of it, or from any decision made on the basis of what it shows.

These terms may change. The date at the top shows when they were last revised, and continuing to use the site after a change means you accept it.
